If you provide your own name servers during the registration procedure, be sure your server complies with the following technical requirements:
You should have at least 2 domain name servers (DNS server)
Your DNS servers should be at different providers: The DNS servers should be on different subnets. If the subnet is the same, the system checks with traceroute whether you have the two servers at the same provider
You should have a valid zone file set up on all delegated name servers
Your mail server (MX server) should be able to accept mails sent to postmaster@domain-to-be-delegated
Your mail server (MX server) should be able to accept mails sent to the address entered in your zone file
The public technical check tool accesses your zone file from the 193.239.149.113 IP address, the registation system needs access from 193.239.149.97
These settings are automatically checked before registration and if an error occurs, your application will not be processed!
